cups and bowls made from 100
percent sugarcane bagasse, which
composts within two to four
months. Dubbed NoTree, the line
is an environmentally-friendly
alternative to wood paper,
Styrofoam and petroleum-based
plastic cups and bowls. Sugarcane
bagasse is the fiber that remains
after sugarcane is extracted.
NoTree cups are available in 4,
6, 8, 10, 12, 16 and 20 oz sizes and
bowls in 8, 24 and 32 oz size.

has introduced a new limitedproduction, soft-ripened cheese
dubbed Monroe. (Roth was

The cheese, made in approximately 1.6-pound wheels, is
smeared and turned by hand
every day as it ages for 30 days in
cellars adjacent to Roth's Grand
Cru cheeses. The company says
the cheese is the only one of its
kind made in Wisconsin.
