12. A new line of dips is the latest
addition to hummus specialist
Sabra Dipping Co.'s product roster.
The new Mediterranean Bean Dips
come in three flavors: White Bean
with Spinach & Roasted Garlic, Red
Bean with Sundried Tomato &
Basil and Black Bean with Roasted
Tomato & Smoked Paprika. The
dips, which pair well with veggies
and tortilla and pita chips, are the
first Sabra products to feature the
company's revamped logo and
packaging design.

13. Walmart has introduced a
full lineup of meal kits, one-step
meals and other prepared food
options. Already available in
more than 250 stores, the foods
should be in more than 2,000
stores by the end of the year.
Products were developed in the
Bentonville, Arkansas-based
96 * MAY 2018 * instore

retailer's Culinary and Innovation
Center. The meals come in three
categories: pre-portioned meal
kits, rotisserie chicken meals
and one-step meals. Meals can
be purchased instore or ordered
online by lunch for dinner pickup.
Meals serve two people and range
in price from $8 to $15.

14. Sweet Sam's expects to have
individually wrapped Cinnamon
Streusel cakes on grocer's shelves
this spring, adding to its line of
packaged pound cakes. Sweet
Sam's markets its pound cakes
in pre-sliced bulk (16 slices per
case), quarter loaf (4 per case) and
individually wrapped (12 per case)
formats. Cinnamon Streusel will
be the 11th flavor in the company's
permanent mix. Sweet Sam's also
ships seasonal flavors. Lemon and
Classic (crumb cake) are among

the top sellers in the category.

15. New offerings from Terrafina
LLC include 2 oz paleo snack
packs, which retail for a
suggested $1.99. The packs will
come in six varieties, including
Almonds in the Raw, Omega-3
Booster Trail Mix and Mango Nut
Medley. Also new at the company
are Mirabel branded veggie chips,
which are made with sea salt and
olive oil. The packs retail for a
suggested $5.99.

VersaOven combines the best
features of rotisserie, convection
and combi ovens in a spacesaving category all its own. The
VersaOven enables cooking,
baking and steaming with an
ease of operation sometimes not

found in combi ovens and is also

a rotating interior rack for even
cooking results, and a 95,000
BTU/hr in-shot burner system
and is built with a patented,
self-contained steam system that
generates more steam than a
