Hand Pie
¼ cup DOVE® Chocolate Baking Chips
17¹⁄3 ounces puff pastry sheets, thawed
21 ounces cherry pie filling
1 egg, beaten
¼ cup confectioners sugar
1-2 teaspoon water
Sugar Glaze
¼ cup confectioners sugar
1-2 teaspoons water

Makes: 9 hand pies
DIRECTIONS
Hand Pie
1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line sheet pan with parchment paper.
2. Cut pastry sheets into 18 3-inch squares. Fill the center of
9 squares with about 1½ tablespoons of cherry pie filling.
3. Top cherry filling with DOVE® Chocolate Baking Chips.
4. Place the remaining 9 squares on top of the pie-filled squares.
Press down edges with a fork.
5. Brush each top with egg wash.
6. Bake for approximately 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly golden.
Sugar Glaze
7. Whisk sugar and water together to form glaze. Set aside.
Assembly
8. Drizzle Sugar Glaze over each Hand Pie. Serve.

DIRECTIONS
Makes: 18 servings
Profiteroles
1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line sheet pan with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, combine sugar and cocoa powder. Set aside.
3. In a saucepan over medium heat, add butter and melt. Add water
and bring to a boil. Remove from heat.
4. Stir in flour mixture and return to heat on medium low. Continue
to stir and cook for about 5 minutes.
5. Place dough into a stand mixer. Beat on low until cooled, about
5 minutes.
6. Add eggs slowly until dough is smooth.
7. Place dough in pastry bag and pipe dough into approximately
1½-inch disks onto lined baking sheet.
8. Bake for about 20 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to
375°F and bake for an additional 10 to 15 minutes.
Chocolate Chip Cream Filling
9. Fold DOVE® Chocolate Baking Chips into whipped cream.
Refrigerate until needed.
Assembly
10. When Profiteroles are cooled, cut each in half.
11. Add approximately 1 tablespoon of Chocolate Chip Cream Filling
on bottoms and close with top, forming a sandwich.
12. Dust with confectioners sugar. Serve.
